WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSE TIMES?

You  Timings may vary depending on the customer's response time (reviews, content, etc.). Therefore, planning is required at the beginning of each project.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS?

OF PAYMENT + ACCEPTED METHODS?

All branding projects are split into two parts: a 50% non-refundable payment to get the project started and so you can secure your spot +  a second payment, corresponding to the remaining amount, to be paid after the project  completed, and before the final artworks are sent.

In website projects, payments are divided into three parts:  a 50% non-refundable payment to get the project started and to guarantee your place  + a second payment of 25% after branding is completed + a third payment before the launch of the site.

Depending on the total cost of the project, it may be agreedpayment in a personalized way.

The award of the project will mean that the client has accepted the terms and conditions set out here, as well as in the document sent by email.

DO YOU MANAGE DOMAINS AND ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes, I can buy your domain and hosting. However, this is a cost that must be borne by the customer. JL & Company is not responsible for server downtime, email problems, software problems or other incompatibilities that may affect the functioning of its website.

If you prefer, you can buy your own domain and give me access to it. In these cases, I recommend that you use the  godaddy  or domains.pt  for your purchase.

The customer must provide  JL & Company FTP server access data, as well as nameservers .

HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN WORDPRESS + WIX OR   SQUARESPACE?

Excellent question! Please contact me to receive directions, showing you the pros and cons of each of the platforms.

If you decide to work with me, we will together explore your goals for the new design. In this way, I will share with you which platform I consider advisable for your brand and your business.

AND AFTER COMPLETING THE PROJECT?

After the project is completed. the continuation of the same is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once finalized, any changes requested by the customer must be budgeted and analyzed.

Regarding websites, a tutorial is sent so that the client is autonomous and can manage his own project.

There is also the possibility of monthly monitoring and, in these cases, a detailed briefing accompanied by a budget is required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED?

At the beginning of each project, a briefing is carried out  with you in order to understand what styles you want for your project, ensuring that we are on the right track and able to collaborate together.

if you decide  If you go ahead with one of the packs, you will be asked for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. This amount is non-refundable.

If you feel that we are not on the right path, you will be free not to go ahead with the project, not paying the remaining amount.

WHEN CAN I START?

 

You can start right away! It will depend on my availability  for this month and when it's available to start.

A project must not be  done in a hurry and I really like to focus on each of my clients and their goals. For this reason, let's talk and schedule the best date to start our project.

ARE THERE ANY HOURS AT JL & Company?

Yes, I want to respect the time I spend with my clients as much as I respect time with my family.

For this reason, customer service hours have been defined. You can email me at any time or call me from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.00pm.

I usually always respond to "out of hours" emails the next business day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO PUT THE PROJECT ON STANDBYE?

I believe that commitment must be made by both parties: professional and client. By awarding a job, you are committing to creating your project and, in this sense, dedicating the due time to it.

If the client wants to “freeze” his project, he can do so at no extra cost for a limited period of 3 months. If it exceeds 3 months, and if you want to continue the project, you must signal with 20% of the total value of the project. If the project has been stopped for more than 6 months, and if the client does not continue with it, the project will be considered finished.

Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

WHAT IS UPGRADE AND A SITE?

All sites require accommodation. This hosting will define your virtual space, where we "store" your website. The upgrade is mandatory and must be done after all content has been inserted.
