1. First impressions
As in any relationship, it all starts with a first talk, where will you be sent one briefing that will help me understand precisely what you want for your brand. I will ask you some questions related to your business, vision and goals for your brand and/or website and you can also ask your questions.
It is at this stage that we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and to make sure that we will work together in your project.
2. Start the project
Once we understand if I'm the right person to help you, I'll send you a detailed quote, based on your project. If everything is to your liking and, of course, if you agree, we proceed with a payment that matches to the award of the project and... we are ready to move forward to build your dream!
3. Process & Deadlines
After making the deposit and accepting the terms and conditions, you will be sent a briefing detailed, and we'll talk about project dates. Throughout our journey, I will guide you indicating what you need to do.
4. Your homework
Preparing content is extremely important and totally influences the development of the project. For that reason, I will give you some homework according to the project we are developing.
You will be sent a branding questionnaire, which you must answer ensuring that we are on the right track. These questions will give me important insights into the entire branding process, as well as the website.
In the case of websites, I will ask you to define the structure you want, namely which pages it will have and the content of each one. You will be asked to prepare all content with advance (texts, photographs, etc.). But again, I will guide you through this process.
5. Inspiration & initial proposal
This is where our adventure begins! After studying your branding questionnaire, a mood board with the colors, typography and graphics you want for your business, ensuring that we are heading in the right direction. At this stage I will prepare a graphic proposal, according to what we talked about earlier.
This first proposal takes between 7 to 10 working days to be developed.
We make the necessary changes and, after closing the logo, you will be sent the remaining branding pieces for approval. At this point, you will be able to see how the complete branding combines with the other elements (secondary logos, patterns, sub-brands, etc).
6. Complete Branding & Completion
After the branding is completed, and approved by you, the final arts are completed.
At this stage, I will continue with the missing pieces, according to the package you have chosen.
When the project is completed, you will be sent the final receipt and, once completed and paid the remaining amount, you will be sent a link to download all the files, in final art format.

7. Website Design
After completing your branding, we start the first mockups for the website. Before proceeding with the first mockups, it is essential that we have the structure of the site closed, and I will help you with this process. That said, I will design the first models, which will take about 10 working days to design.
At the same time, you must ensure that the contents of the site are being finalized, since the next phase will be the insertion of contents.
8. SEO & Tutorial
The website is a fundamental part of your business. For this reason. I want to assure you that you will love it and that you will be comfortable managing it. In this way, and after the project is completed, I will send you a small tutorial where you will learn how to work with the back office .
I will also work and customize the SEO, in order to streamline and facilitate the search for your site in daily searches.
9. Launch
When all content is in place, a final review of the site is carried out to ensure that it is ready to be released to the world. We also prepared the mobile version, so that it is customized to be seen on all devices.
When confirmed that everything is working, the final payment is made. That said, we put the site online. During the first week that yours is up, you will have the opportunity to email me with any questions you may have. After this period, any information will be charged separately.
Maintenance plans are also available for after the your website will be launched. Stay feel free to find out more and to get in touch with me. If you don't want to opt for a maintenance plan, I advise you to do a review every 6-12 months.
